September 12 - the start of First Channel 60th jubilee season
On the occasion of the 60 anniversary of Public TV Company of Armenia, the fall season will launch dozens of new programs. While compiling the new season program listing, special attention has been focused on the selection of new programs, which are both interesting and educational, designed to please every taste and age. Along with the new series of programs, Public TV will continue to air the already existing and favorite programs – replenished with new approaches and updated ideas.
Patriotic programs
Given the current geopolitical developments, the importance of having a powerful army and the need to present our recent genuine heroes to the public, in advance of the 25 anniversary of the formation of RA Army, Public TV Company of Armenia, in association with RA Defense Ministry, will launch TV series entitled “My Army”. The TV series will present unique characteristics of an Armenian soldier, as well as the peculiarities of various military professions.
Within the framework of “The Devotees” Tsvetana Paskaleva will continue addressing Artsakh war and its hero veterans, revealing exclusive footage about their victory.
Public and Political programs
“Life in a Palm” is a new TV series with Luiza Ghambaryan as its host. The program will host both public and cultural figures, anticipating boundless sincerity on their behalf.
Throughout the new season, the host of “Mysteries of Armenia” – Stephan Zakaryan will reveal the “Matenadran: the secrets hidden behind manuscripts”.
The Quality of Taste
The main purpose of “The Quality of Taste” –is revelation of genuine ingredients and the usefulness of well-known recipes, as well as teaching ways Yoga class with Irina Emelyanova (yoga teacher with 16 years of international experience) Open meeting with Nerses Yeritsyan (deputy president, Central Bank of Armenia) in Stepanakert to get acquainted with a differing view on the development perspectives and emerging opportunities for Artsakh. Richard Kobayashi (VC investor; CEO, Alesco Ventures [Estonia]) is analyzing the investor's point of view, and advising how to build efficient relationships with investors for the development of your startup/business. Gohar Gaspari Gasparyan (Armenian: Գոհար Գասպարի Գասպարյան; is an Armenian TV personality, journalist, and model who currently works at Public Television of Armenia. From 2010 to 2018, she was head of the Armenian delegation in Eurovision and Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Gasparyan was born on 19 October 1985 in Yerevan. Her father is a military man and her mother is a French language teacher. In 2002 she graduated from high school No. 114 School after "Khachik Dashtents" in Armenia. The same year she entered the State Linguistic University after Valery Bryusov, the department of English Language and International Journalism.
