Rock star love life! Travis Barker’s relationship history includes wife Kourtney Kardashian and ex-wives Shanna Moakler and Melissa Kennedy. 

The Blink-182 drummer’s most publicized romance prior to Kourtney was with his former wife Shanna. The pair got married during a gothic wedding ceremony in October 2004. One year prior, in 2003, they welcomed their son, Landon, and Shanna gave birth to daughter Alabama in 2005. They even had a reality show about their lives called Meet the Barkers from 2005 to 2006. 

The couple filed for divorce in February 2008, and their personal drama became very public. At the time, Travis claimed on MySpace that Shanna had cheated on him and was lazy, while his now-ex said she was concerned about his mental health.

“This was very normal for them,” a source told Peopleat the time. “The relationship was always dysfunctional, they were always love and hate. It was volatile. He’s a rock star, and she likes to go out. They both love and fight hard.” 

Their divorce was temporarily put on hold in September 2008 when Travis was involved in a plane crash that resulted in the death of four people. The musician was the only survivor onboard along with DJ AM (real name Adam Goldstein), who later died of a drug overdose in 2009. Travis had second and third-degree burns from the crash and was hospitalized for 11 weeks.

Although Travis and Shanna briefly reconciled after the tragedy, they eventually split but continued living together until 2012, citing it was in the best interest of their kids. “They were constantly arguing about going back and forth to court to [sic] so this was the happy solution — each one had a bedroom and the kids were together and they have their own lives, but it was never gonna work,” a source told People about their arrangement.

The couple welcomed their first child together, son Rocky Thirteen Barker, in November 2023 — just a few months after Kardashian publicly announced her pregnancy at a Blink-182 concert.

Prior to Rocky's arrival, Kardashian and Barker, who first started dating in 2021, had three weddings. Their Las Vegas nuptials took place in April 2022 without an official marriage license. A month later, they got legally married in Santa Barbara ahead of an extravagant wedding ceremony in Italy on May 22, 2022.

Travis Landon Barker (born November 14, 1975) is an American musician who serves as the drummer for the rock band Blink-182. He has collaborated with hip hop artists, is a member of the rap rock group Transplants, co-founded the rock band +44, and has also joined Box Car Racer, Antemasque and Goldfinger. Barker was a frequent collaborator with the late DJ AM, with whom he formed the duo TRV$DJAM. Due to his fame, Rolling Stone referred to him as "punk's first superstar drummer", as well as one of the 100 greatest drummers of all time.

Born in Fontana, California, Barker began drumming at an early age. He began playing for The Aquabats in 1996, but left to join Blink-182 in 1998, which encountered mainstream success with Enema of the State (1999). Barker established himself as a versatile drummer, producing and making guest appearances in music projects of numerous music genres including hip hop, alternative rock, pop, and country. He also starred in an MTV reality series named Meet the Barkers. He was involved in a plane crash in 2008, but he recovered and released his debut solo album, Give the Drummer Some, in 2011. He has continued to work with rappers, releasing extended plays with Yelawolf, Asher Roth, and Nottz, as well as with Blink-182 and the Transplants.

Aside from drumming, he founded the clothing company Famous Stars and Straps in 1999, and the record labels LaSalle Records in 2004 and DTA Records in 2019. Companies such as DC Shoes and Zildjian cymbals have co-designed products in his name. He released a memoir, Can I Say: Living Large, Cheating Death, and Drums, Drums, Drums, in 2015. Barker is also a vegan and has invested in the Los Angeles vegan restaurant Crossroads Kitchen.
